Daniele Chenal
President, Co-Founder, CCO

Daniele is an entrepreneur, executive and senior consultant with 25+ years of experience in business process management, operations and information technology. She manages and directs the leadership team of Command Business Partners.  She is a passionate, proven and decisive leader focused on helping organizations transform, innovate and grow.

Daniele has held executive positions including CIO of Personal Touch, VP of Insurance Service Delivery at BizFlow and other leadership roles.  In addition to her current position as President at Command Business Partners and their Chief Compliance Officer, Daniele is a Director and Advisory Consultant with Inspire Innovations, the Operations Subcommittee chair for the Managed Care Resource Alliance and is involved in other joint ventures.

Daniele lives in New Jersey and when she is not working, she is an advocate for advancing and mentoring other women in business and she enjoys gardening, her pet rabbit, travel and fitness activities with her spouse Robert of 25 years.

Mike Richmond
Co-Founder, CISO

Mike is a high energy, quick witted and collaborative leader with depth of insight in the healthcare arena. Mike brings he expertise in operations, technology, quality and cyber security to Command Business Partners as their Chief Information Security Officer and all around advisor.  Mike has held various executive positions including CIO of Touchstone Health, CIO of CareCore and has been involved in numerous successful projects driving growth for business startups, upgrading and improving outdated systems, and achieving multimillion dollar cost savings through operational improvements.

When Mike is not working he lives in Texas with his wife, children and several of man’s best friends.

Tyson Slater
Partner/Advisory Committee Member

Tyson is a Director at Inspire Innovations. Command Business Partners joint venture partner and a member of the Advisory Committee.   He is results oriented with proven records in the successful delivery of projects, implementation of strategic visions, and business expansion. 

He has experience in Healthcare and Insurance for more than 15 years working in over 20 countries around the globe.  From leading transformational and process automation projects, to designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT programs and governing infrastructures, he helps clients transform their operations and sustain change utilizing a range of change analysis, design, management and improvement models, methods and interventions.

When Tyson is not working he lives in South Carolina, enjoys fitness and fun with his wife and son.

Robert Chenal
CFO

Bob has been with the Command Business Partner team since day 1. As the Chief Operating Officer, Bob’s analytical and interpersonal skills facilitate the continued growth and goal attainment for Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, Product Management and Internal Operations teams.  

Prior to joining Command Bob was a Product Marketing Manager at HP’s Software Division responsible for mission critical telecommunications infrastructure products that enable wireless operations in Telecommunications companies. Prior to his work at HP, Bob spent more than 20 years at Compaq, Tandem Computers and Four Phase systems as a Sales and Technical representative for critical system planning, deployment and support. He worked very closely with teams within his assigned accounts which included AT&T, Westinghouse, Western Union, ADP, NBC, ABC, and Comcast and developed a solid appreciation for the effort and leadership required for success in large, complex technology projects.

 When Bob is not working, he enjoys travel, biking, fishing, hiking and the outdoor life with the family.
